Volunteering
Volunteers are vital to sport! Across Australia approximately 3 million people volunteer in sport, contributing their skills and time in so many ways. NSW Fencing seeks to build and nurture a strong volunteer team to help support and grow all aspects of the sport in NSW.
Roles
Volunteering is a great way to help out, learn new skills, share your expertise, make new friends and contacts and have some fun! We welcome volunteers who would like to contribute their time in our regular roles assisting with fencing tournaments, and also to offer your particular skills and ideas.
Requirements
To volunteer you'll need to complete Sport Integrity Australia’s, Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction, online course and provide your badge of completion. And for some roles with NSW Fencing you'll need to provide your Working With Children Check (WWCC) for verification (unless aged under 18 or exempt).
