Due to the fantastic number of registrations for this tournament, we are reluctantly imposing limits on the number of registrations per event. If we do not do this there is a risk some events may not finIsh before the venue closes for the day.

Come and enjoy a state tournament!

This is a ranked state tournament (as per NSW Fencing Ranking policy), and is suitable for fencers who have some tournament experience, or are ready for a higher level of competition than they've experienced at club/school/novice/B grade level.

NB, to access tickets you need to be logged in. For fencers aged under 18, the adult contact on the account needs to be logged in to access tickets. If you have any issues please email info@nswfencing.org.au for help well in advance of the close of entries.

Eligibility for this tournament:

• Competitors must be aged under 15 on 1 Jan 2025 for the U15 event. Please bring photo ID for age verification at DT. No refunds will be given for fencers incorrectly entered.
• NSW Fencing State membership is required to enter this tournament. 
• Correct equipment is essential for safety. Please note the equipment standards. Equipment will be checked for compliance by the referees at this tournament. Fencers without compliant equipment will not be permitted to fence and no refund will be given.

Entries close 11.59pm AEDT, Friday 14 November 2025.

Late Entries will be accepted until 7:00 pm AEDT the night before the event, at twice the standard ticket price

After the close of entries, the final schedule will be posted on Fencing Time Live and linked here. As we are accepting late entries, please check the schedules early on the morning of your event in case of any changes. Changes may be to times, or may be events being combined due to low entries.
